At Xylo Bikes, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our wooden bicycles. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy under the specific conditions. For more information on returns and refunds, read our Return Policy page.
Important Information
1. All of our bikes are crafted from natural wood, including Ash, Mahogany, and Wenge (Oak) upon request. As a result, the wood’s shade may vary, making each Xylo Bike unique.
2. As all of our bikes are made to order, shipping and delivery may take approximately 4 to 6 weeks. All shipments are managed by Federal Express. Please note that delays due to customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Shipping cost is included in the price.
